While on the train home, we made a stop in Wells, ME. I look out the window and everyone getting off the train and I see a guy clearly waiting for someone. Scanning the crowd, the biggest smile spread across his face as he raised an arm and waved. A girl come up and he wraps her in one of the biggest hugs I’ve ever seen. When they let go he grabs her bag for her, rubs her arm, goes in for a kiss, and then hugs her again just as passionately.

It made me so happy. I love love. :)

MISSING BOSTON COLLEGE STUDENT: FRANCO GARCIA

NEWTON (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) - Newton Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a missing Boston College night student.

Investigators tell FOX 25 that Franco Garcia was last seen at Mary Ann’s in Cleveland Circle on Tuesday night.

Garcia’s friends tell police they last saw him around 12:20 a.m. and that when they went to leave he was nowhere to be found. His vehicle remains at B.C. where it has been since Tuesday.

The 21-year-old was wearing a long sleeved white and blue striped shirt and jeans. He has not been to class or work since his disappearance.

Anyone with information about Garcia’s whereabouts is asked to contact Newton Police at 617-796-2100 or the Detective Division at 617-796-2104.

Franco was a year above my in high school and then we ended up both going to BC. There are a lot of people worried around here and folks are just starting to mobilize. The Facebook group for those who can access that is “MISSING SINCE 2/21- Franco Garcia”.

Thoughts and prayers with the family

I had no idea a BC student was missing until now. I have never met Franco before but that does not mean I don’t care about him. Please, just take the time to reblog this so more people know about it. I hope he is found safe and sound. My thoughts are with his family and friends.

I know it’s been almost a week, but I have to do this.
Being a part of the Vagina Monologues last weekend was by far the greatest thing I’ve been a part of thus far at BC. Not only was it incredible to get back into acting and the show atmosphere, but this show also has a way of changing you. I’ve never seen it but I know that being in it has made me look at myself differently. Not only am I aware of all the horrific issues that wrongfully plague some of the women in our world, but I feel as though I can easily say the word “vagina” without cringing. And why should I? It’s always such a big deal and frankly, it’s a little immature.
Also, I see myself as a strong, powerful woman who doesn’t need a man! (But I would like to keep mine, thank you so much). Being a woman is an incredible thing. We go through so much and we continue to be strong and stand up for ourselves.

Plus, I got to play a six-year-old in a vagina interview. And hug a pillow pet. Weeeee. :)

Today, Adam and I had a conversation about what we would do if the world was ending. Obviously, I would want to spend time with people I love…. Adam’s response included the following:

eating lots of cake
having sex
skydiving
going to the Boston Aquarium and jumping in the shark tank
no, no, no, go into the penguin habitat and just hang out with a bunch of penguins
hugging a lion
riding a buffalo
“I guess I’d spend time with people… but then I’d go do all the cool fun stuff!”

Oh, no, it’s cool. I love it when my friends from main give me shit about not wanting to go over to their dorms on weeknights at 10PM. You know what I love even more? When they do this after 1. having only visited me here once and 2. using the bus as an excuse not to come over. Do they realize that I do that for them all the time?

seriously, thank you for making my Boston College life even better. I can’t imagine what it would have been like here without you. It would have been worse than reading a movie. Thank God I decided that taking an Intro to Theater class was more important that Freshman Writing.
